Veneers can loosen or debond. The cause may involve the bond, tooth, restoration, bite, trauma, habits, or another issue, and a photo cannot diagnose it. Keep the veneer if possible, avoid trying to glue it back, and contact a dentist promptly for assessment.
Five questions to answer before deciding
- What specific concern would the proposed treatment address?
- Why is this option being recommended over the alternatives?
- What would change on each tooth, including any preparation?
- Which material and workflow are proposed, and what care would follow?
- What would happen if repair or replacement were needed later?
Keep any unanswered questions with your written plan. First consider whether the proposed procedure makes sense for you. Then read Are Veneers Abroad Worth It? for the separate travel decision.
